Purpose
The core purpose of this programme is to raise a new crop of leaders that provide solutions to 21st century challenges.
Graduates of the programme should be able to solve complex governance and leadership challenges, explore emerging global issues that affect governance and leadership.
Ultimately, these are graduates that will define the future course of development and move millions out of poverty.

Practical Information
Start date: 11th November 2013
Admission requirement: A first degree in Social sciences.
Duration: 2 years: 3 Modules of 6 weeks face to face, distance learning, examinations, attachment and research project.
Venue: Classes will be at MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS TCDC) Arusha Tanzania
Fees: Tuition - USD 5508 for full course, Accommodation - From USD 514.50 to USD 3,402 per semester.
