KPMG Kenya Training: Towards Developing a Compelling Sustainability Strategy for Your Organization

Sustainability is rapidly becoming a foundation of business strategy.

The growing influence of sustainability on businesses is driven by the increasing number and scope of global and local regulations, the growing constraints around raw materials, and opportunities associated with new offerings and enhanced brand reputation.

Recognizing the vast opportunities associated with these drivers, leading companies are re-inventing their entire business models to make the most of the changing business landscape.

Companies taking a strategic approach towards sustainability not only minimize costs and risks, but also outperform the competition by developing more sustainable products and services.

They become more efficient across their supply chains and drive superior financial results. Evidence of this can be seen in industry studies and analysis, such as assessment of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, which clearly indicate a positive relationship between sustainability and financial performance, as measured by stock returns.

KPMG Kenya will conduct an interactive two day workshop on how to develop a compelling
